Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Tempe, AZ | Full-Time

About the Role

AGC is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment and facilities running smoothly. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, fans, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, and controls
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Install and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Operate forklifts and assist with equipment moves/installations
  • Document repairs and keep work areas safe and organized

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and motor controls preferred
  • Ability to read schematics and follow OSHA safety protocols (LOTO, PPE)
  • Forklift experience a plus (training/certification available)

Physical Requirements

  • Stand/walk for most of shift
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Work in noisy/industrial settings
