- Maintain and improve our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping teams.
- Spot issues early on the production floor and help find solutions.
- Update quality databases and training records.
- Recommend process improvements using Lean manufacturing and statistical tools.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Create quality reports for internal teams and customers.
- Track KPIs like defects, RMAs, and MRBs.
- Perform internal and supplier audits as needed.
- Strong communication and professional email skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, team-first attitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, 5S, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High integrity, accountability, and a sense of urgency.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Engineering.
- Material Sciences and Chemistry knowledge a plus.
- 1–3 years of quality engineering and manufacturing inspection experience.
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
