Are you organized, dependable, and someone who enjoys helping people? AGC Multi Material America, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources, Accounting, Environmental Health & Safety, and Supply Chain teams.
This is more than a traditional receptionist position. You’ll work with multiple departments, interact with employees and visitors, and gain experience across several areas of our manufacturing operation. If you enjoy variety and being someone others can count on, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, applicants, vendors, and customers.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and manage the front reception area.
  • Assist HR with recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee records, and engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to Accounting, EHS, Supply Chain, and other departments as needed.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, forms, and presentations.
  • Maintain records and enter information into company systems.
  • Assist with safety training documentation and employee communications.
  • Support purchasing, receiving, shipping, vendor, and inventory documentation.
  • Handle confidential employee, financial, and business information appropriately.
  • Assist with company events, projects, and other administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
