POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and facilities team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring reliable performance of production equipment and facility systems through strong team management, strategic planning, and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of industrial maintenance technicians on a day-to-day basis

  • Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facility systems

  • Troubleshoot and guide repairs on electrical panels, motors, pumps, HVAC, and mechanical systems

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks and safety protocols

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS teams to support operations and minimize downtime

  • Coordinate equipment installations, relocations, and continuous improvement projects

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, including LOTO and PPE practices

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders

  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement in collaboration with purchasing

  • Track KPIs and report on equipment uptime, maintenance backlog, and technician performance


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams in a high-mix manufacturing environment

  • Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals

  • Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance planning tools

  • Solid understanding of OSHA and industrial safety regulations

  • Forklift certification and welding/fabrication experience a plus
