SUMMARY
The Lamination Manufacturing Associate is responsible for setting up and operating machinery to laminate materials, such as copper foil and prepreg, used in printed circuit boards. They monitor production to ensure quality standards are met and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language is required for all roles.
REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING
AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up, operate, and monitor lamination press machines according to production specifications.
Inspect materials before and after lamination to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Load and unload materials, including prepreg and copper foil, onto machines.
- Assist in inventory control measures to reduce loss and improve efficiency
Record production data and maintain accurate documentation for traceability.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or material defects to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- This position requires a minimum of a High school diploma or GED.

- Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
- Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.
